Return and Exchange Policy

By completing a purchase with us, you agree to adhere to our return and exchange policy, which applies exclusively to direct purchases made from us to you. Please be aware that these terms do not extend to transactions conducted through third-party vendors, as those transactions are governed by their individual terms and conditions. We accept returns strictly for store credit, provided that the merchandise is returned within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds are not offered for any sold goods; however, eligible items can be exchanged for replacement or store credit. Given our limited inventory and occasional size availability issues, store credit can be utilized for future purchases. The terms and conditions for returning goods also apply to exchanges. Our return and exchange policy is outlined as follows:

a) Items may be exchanged or returned only in cases of manufacturing defects or if the received item is substantially different from the one ordered.

b) Returned items must be unused and must retain all attached tags. Damaged or soiled returns may be rejected and returned to the customer.

c) Orders containing more than five products will be deemed bulk orders, and returns or refunds will not be entertained.
